MEL Chemicals Inc�s inauguration into 3M ESPE�s Supplier Measurement programme has produced a spectacular first year result. MEL achieved a 100% performance award (see picture) for 2008. The programme measures on-time delivery, receipt quality and administrative accuracy over a calendar year.
