Luxfer Rings Closing Bell at NYSE to Commemorate 10th Anniversary of Public Listing

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin – September 19, 2022 – Luxfer Holdings PLC (NYSE: LXFR) (“Luxfer” or the “Company”), a global industrial company innovating niche applications in materials engineering, rang the closing bell of the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 to commemorate its 10th anniversary since listing in 2012. Andy Butcher, Chief Executive Officer, joined by Luxfer’s Board of Directors and executive leadership team, presided over the closing bell ceremony at the NYSE to celebrate the occasion.
2022 also marks the Company’s 125-year anniversary since its founding in Chicago during April 1897. Today, Luxfer operates twelve manufacturing plants in four countries, serving a market for highly engineered advanced materials and high-performance gas cylinders estimated at approximately $10 billion.
