MANCHESTER, ENGLAND--(JUNE 04, 2020) – Luxfer Holdings PLC (NYSE: LXFR), a global manufacturer of highly-engineered industrial materials, held its 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) on Wednesday, 03 June 2020, at 2:00 p.m. BST at the Company’s headquarters in Manchester, England.
