MILWAUKEE, WI, April 27, 2022 – Luxfer Holdings PLC (NYSE: LXFR), (“Luxfer” or the “Company), a global industrial company innovating niche applications in materials engineering, today confirms that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. BST at the Company’s registered address, particularly the Luxfer MEL Technologies site, located at:

The Company also announced that it will host a meeting of the holders (the “Deferred Shareholders”) of deferred shares of £0.0001 each (the “Deferred Shares”) on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. BST at the Luxfer MEL Technologies site (“Deferred Shareholders Meeting”). Please refer to the Meeting Location Map for further details on the location of the Deferred Shareholders Meeting, which is available for download below. At the Deferred Shareholders Meeting, Deferred Shareholders will be asked to pass a special resolution approving a capital reduction comprising the cancellation of all Deferred Shares of £0.0001 each in the capital of the Company. The Board of Directors has proposed the capital reduction in order to approve the cancellation of the Deferred Shares, which will have the effect of tidying up the Company’s balance sheet.
